Thank you for this recipe!! So not sure about the temp. I sprayed them lightly with olive oil on both sides. Fry the springrolls a few at a time, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Remove to a wire rack over a baking tray. I wrap all the spring rolls, however they are deep-fried by my father in law slightly over fried, but I hope you do not mind. Fairly labor intensive but worth it. These Baked Spring Rolls filled with jicama, carrots, cabbage, and ground pork are just as delicious as their deep fried counterpart.
